ASHI Members are required to follow the Society's Code of Ethics, and to obtain continuing education credits in order to keep current with the latest in building technology, materials, and professional skills.

  • Most single family houses are completed within three hours - anything less is not enough time to perform a thorough inspection. We take one hour lead time and ask the buyer to join us for the second and third hours. Buyer attendance at the home inspection is an integral part of the inspection and a valuable learning experience. Not only do we go over the home's existing conditions, we cover updating, upgrading, and do-it-yourself information as well as home maintenance tips.
